About the role

We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts organized and creative — a Social Media Marketing \+ Executive Assistant who’s genuinely excited about healthcare, aesthetics, and great storytelling.

You’ll help keep things moving behind the scenes: organizing content, keeping projects on track, scheduling posts, and staying tapped into trends. If you love the creative side of social media and you’re the type who enjoys structure, checklists, and keeping things running smoothly, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do \- Social media \+ marketing

  • Keep our content library organized (photos, videos, captions, drafts — everything easy to find)
  • Schedule and post content on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Research trends, sounds, and content formats to spark new ideas
  • Help write captions, stories, and light copy in each brand’s voice
  • Support brand projects (moodboards, launches, creative planning, etc.)
  • Executive \+ project support

  • Track timelines, assets, and deliverables so projects don’t fall behind
  • Help with scheduling, reminders, and light admin support
  • Keep team boards updated in Notion or Asana
  • Follow up with team members or clients when needed

  • Feel comfortable with Canva, Notion, Asana, and Google Drive

Job Types: Part\-time, Contract

Pay: $19\.00 \- $23\.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
