Description:
The Data and Insights Training Coordinator supports the implementation, adoption, and ongoing use of Arkansas Foodbank’s client\-intake data system across the partner agency network. The coordinator is responsible for training agencies on system use, providing high\-quality customer service and technical support, and working closely with agencies to ensure client intake is completed accurately and consistently to produce high\-quality data.
The coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for partner agencies using the system, ensuring they understand data entry expectations, system functionality, and the value of accurate data for improving hunger relief services. The Data \& Insights Training Coordinator partners with the Programs and Insights Manager to develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that translate data into actionable insights to strengthen programs and services for people experiencing hunger across Arkansas.

The Data and Insights Training Coordinator will be comfortable learning new technology, demonstrate a strong customer service mindset, and show eagerness to support partner agencies in successfully using Arkansas Foodbank’s software systems. The coordinator will possess strong interpersonal skills, a spirit of collaboration and teamwork, and a commitment to hunger relief.
1\. Data Program Training \& Agency Support
- Create, implement, and support a comprehensive onboarding and training program to promote effective and consistent use of the client\-intake data system by Arkansas Foodbank partner agencies.
- Serve as primary trainer for new and existing agencies, providing in\-person and virtual system training focused on accurate client intake, data quality, and compliance with data standards.
- Provide ongoing customer service and support to agencies, responding to questions and issues related to system use in a friendly, timely, and solutions\-oriented manner.
- Work directly with agencies to ensure client intake is completed properly and consistently, reinforcing best practices that result in reliable, high\-quality data.
- Develop and update software training curricula and materials in a variety of formats including online/webinars, videos, training manuals, job aids, and in\-person training scripts and curriculum.
- Maintain a training calendar and coordinate scheduling of trainings, demonstrations, and refresher sessions.
- Schedule, track, and implement in\-person and online software training and demonstrations for end users.
- Develop and conduct surveys with agencies and users to gather feedback and identify training needs, system challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Regularly host refresher meetings for current system users to address commonly asked questions, recurring issues, and updates to system functionality or data requirements.
- Assist with the creation of outreach and marketing materials to promote the data and insights program and encourage consistent system adoption across the partner network.
- Assist in the development and execution of the implementation plan for rollout of the client\-intake data system and ongoing enhancements.
- Provide technical assistance and customer service support to agencies using the system, both in person and remotely.
- Troubleshoot data inconsistencies including duplicates, missing information, and data entry errors, working collaboratively with agencies to resolve issues and improve data accuracy.
- Monitor data quality and completeness, proactively identifying trends or challenges and working with agencies to address them through coaching, retraining, or system guidance.
- Produce reports using system data for a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all components of the data system to effectively support agencies and internal teams.
- Create, update, and manage agency user accounts within the system.
- Assist with input of client\-level data from partner agencies as needed.
- Coordinate with the Programs Team to conduct outreach to partner agencies and support successful adoption and sustained use of the client\-intake data program.
- Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures to support consistent system use and data integrity.
- Host ongoing system and project discussions individually and in group settings as needed.
- Provide regular updates on successes, challenges, lessons learned, and next steps related to system use, training, and data quality.
- Partner with the Programs and Insights Manager to interpret data, present findings, and implement exploration tools, dashboards, and other data visualizations to deliver actionable insights.
- Define challenges and research, recommend, and support solutions, including leveraging existing technology to improve agency experience and data outcomes.
- Position requires regular in\-state travel by vehicle. Must have a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record.

- Accurately prepare and submit required reports on a timely basis.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) preferably in Business, Information Systems/Technology, Public Administration or a related field AND two (2\) years of relevant experience.
- Experience in training, customer service, research, evaluation, or data management. evaluation, or data management

- Valid Arkansas driver's license and proof of insurance required.
