The Mike Pastor Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant supporting a high‑producing real estate team in the Greater Pittsburgh area, with the opportunity to learn the business and grow. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and excited about real estate, including candidates who are in the process of obtaining their real estate license.

Schedule and Work Environment

  • Location: Primarily remote, with occasional in‑person work out of our Murrysville office.
  • Remote: Approximately 80% of the time.
  • Hours: Typically 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.
  • Flexibility: Full‑time or part‑time with a minimum of 15 hours per week; some flexibility in schedule based on workload and mutual agreement.
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Manage transaction documents and files, ensuring everything is organized and easy to locate.
  • Track key dates and deadlines from contract to close, and communicate reminders to the team.
  • Handle CRM management: entering leads, updating contact records, tagging, and assigning follow‑up tasks.
  • Answer inbound calls and route messages professionally and promptly.
  • Assist with social media tasks such as basic posting, drafting captions, and organizing content.
  • Support client follow‑up via phone, text, email, and simple drip campaigns as directed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including email management, calendar support, and light data entry.
  • Qualifications

  • Interest in real estate; currently licensed or in the process of getting licensed is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; enjoys checklists and systems.
  • Comfortable with technology (cloud storage, CRM tools, email, calendars, and social platforms).
  • Clear, professional communication skills on the phone, over email, and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time, and follow through on tasks.
  • Positive, solutions‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn new tools and workflows.
