This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients across diverse practice areas, including business and construction litigation. You will be instrumental in managing legal documents, performing Illinois e\-filing, service of process, and ensuring smooth case workflows—all while gaining invaluable experience in a fast\-paced law office environment.     • Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and legal teams, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
    • Daily Cook County and State Court e\-filing.
    • Review, organize, and maintain legal documents using document management systems; ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Conduct thorough document review and data entry for case files.
    • Support litigation processes by preparing case summaries, managing case files in legal case management software, and assisting with discovery procedures.
    • Perform service of process on behalf of Plaintiffs on various Defendants.
    • Collaborate with team members on project management tasks to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.

    • Prior legal administrative experience required.
    • Strong knowledge of Illinois litigation procedure.
    • At least one year experience efiling cases in Cook County and throughout Illinois
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Experience performing service of process.
    • Experience with litigation support processes including document review and case management.
    • Strong data entry skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills demonstrating professional phone etiquette and client interaction capabilities.
    • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high levels of accuracy in all tasks.
Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $45,000\.00 \- $60,000\.00 per year Benefits:
