We are a veteran advocate company that helps veterans increase their disability ratings through a VA accredited attorney. If you don’t know what this is, it’s the compensation they get for disabilities sustained while they were serving in the US military. We are a startup of almost 100 people and are growing quickly. Job Duties:

1\. Mail Management

  • Collect, organize, and sort incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of correspondence to relevant departments or personnel.
  • 2\. Document Handling

  • Scan physical documents into the company’s document management system.
  • Maintain digital file organization to ensure quick retrieval and compliance with recordkeeping policies.
  • 3\. VBMS File Processing

  • Work within the
  • Veterans Benefits Management System (VBMS) to access, review, and process digital files related to client cases.

  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with VA regulations.
  • 4\. Testimonial Creation

  • Manage the creation of testimonial videos by reaching out to videographers local to our veteran clients
  • Coordinate payment and scheduling of video recording
  • 5\. General Administrative Tasks

  • Assist with a variety of administrative responsibilities such as data entry, scheduling, file maintenance, and office organization.
  • Provide support to other team members and departments as needed to facilitate smooth daily operations.
  • Hours and Pay:

    We are looking for someone to join our team full\-time, but the hours are somewhat flexible. We are a fully remote team. Most of us are in the Eastern Time Zone and work 8\-5 Monday through Friday.

    You will be in close proximity to one of our co\-founders for in\-person tasks. Everything else will be handled remotely. You must live around the Odessa, FL area.
