Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and office management tasks. Duties
- Manage calendar schedules, appointments, and meetings with precision and efficiency
- Good with Social Media Facebook advs, Google advs and CRM
- Handle incoming calls using multi\-line phone systems, providing professional phone etiquette and customer support
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Utilize Office Suite applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, editing, and collaboration
- Support front desk functions virtually by managing correspondence, emails, and client inquiries
- Coordinate office management activities including supply ordering, record keeping, and maintaining digital filing systems
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience with office management, clerical work, and administrative support roles
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record keeping
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus to serve a diverse client base effectively
- Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
- Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and front desk procedures in a virtual setting
