At Real Honest Therapy, our purpose is to provide practical support in a deep, meaningful, and honest way. We don’t do "surface level." We specialize in the high\-stakes, high\-impact work: teens, children, and families navigating self\-injury, trauma, neurodivergence, and suicidality. We are a premier private\-pay practice, which allows us the freedom to provide high\-quality, long\-term care without the constraints of insurance.
The Role: Private Practice Associate Therapist
We are not looking for someone to simply "fill a seat." We are looking for an Associate who wants to learn the business of private practice while mastering their clinical craft.
In a private\-pay environment, your success is tied to your visibility. While we provide the brand, the infrastructure, and steady internal referrals, the most successful people in this role are those who enjoy building their own community presence. You won't just be sitting in a room; you will be the face of your clinical niche in the Encino community.
In this role, you will:
* Curate a Caseload: Actively engage in networking and referral\-building to grow your clinical hours.
* Master High\-Acuity Care: Provide individual and family therapy using comprehensive DBT and EMDR models (training provided).
* Collaborate Honestly: Participate in Monday morning team meetings and weekly supervision where we "get real" about our cases and our growth.
* Balance Autonomy \& Support: Enjoy the independence to practice in your own style while having the safety net of a seasoned supervisor.

Qualifications
* Registered with the California BBS (AMFT, ASW, or APCC).
* Availability: Must be able to work some evenings and/or weekends (when families are available).
* Location: Ability to work in\-person at our Encino office, with a HIPAA\-compliant space for remote sessions.
* Skillset: Organized, detail\-oriented, and—most importantly—open to direct feedback.
Compensation \& Growth
We believe in transparency. This is a role designed for someone looking to build a career.
* $45\.00 per Clinical Hour (Direct client work \+ associated admin).
* $24\.00 per Non\-Clinical Hour (Supervision, team meetings, and assigned tasks).
* Quarterly Bonuses based on performance and caseload retention.
* The Path to Full\-Time: We are looking for someone to grow into a 20\-25 session\-per\-week therapist.
