Job Summary
We’re looking for a sharp, detail\-oriented administrative professional to support us about 10 hours per week. This is a contract position ideal for someone who knows Microsoft Office inside and out — especially Mail Merge and calendaring multiple events on multiple individuals calendars — and is comfortable producing polished, executive\-level documents. We are looking for someone that can get right in and get the administrative part of it done!

Schedule:
Hours are flexible; however, you must be available during business hours at least 1 hour per day, Monday through Friday, in case something comes up that requires a rapid or tight turnaround.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing, formatting, and polishing high\-level documents (C\-suite quality)
- Managing and executing Mail Merge projects (letters, contact lists, labels, etc.)
- Creating and sending customized Microsoft Office calendar invites (Outlook)
- Working with Excel databases to ensure clean, accurate data
- Handling projects with tight turnarounds
- Providing general administrative support as needed
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook required)
- Recent, hands\-on Mail Merge and Calendar invite experience (this is important)
- Experience preparing executive\-level documents
- Ability to think critically and troubleshoot — if something isn’t working, you can figure it out
- Resourceful, proactive problem\-solver (not easily stuck)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment with quick deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
Job Types: Part\-time, Contract
Pay: $25\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tampa, FL 33609
