Maserati of The Main Line seeks a Sales Support Specialist to provide operational and analytical support to the sales organization. The Sales Support Specialist coordinates sales processes, maintains accurate customer and opportunity records, supports marketing and event activities, and produces reporting and analyses that enable sales leadership to monitor performance and make data\-driven decisions. This is a fully remote position supporting the Devon, Pennsylvania dealership.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM and related sales databases to ensure accurate, timely customer and opportunity records, including data entry, deduplication, and regular audits.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and ad hoc analyses for sales leadership and stakeholders.
- Support sales planning and pricing processes, including administration of special pricing, program approvals, and documentation tracking.
- Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, dealership events, and trade shows; manage orders, materials, schedules, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the liaison between sales and marketing: submit and track marketing requests, review proofs, and ensure timely execution of campaigns and collateral.
- Maintain and update new product information, sales tools, and direct marketing assets to ensure the sales team has current resources.
- Assist with national account audits, adjustments, reconciliation, and vendor documentation as required.
- Participate in regular sales support and sales team meetings to set priorities, review progress, and implement process improvements.
- Support special projects and other tasks assigned by sales management to improve sales operations and customer experience.
- 3\+ years of sales support, sales operations, or closely related experience.
- 2\+ years of project coordination or project management experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with CRM systems and strong data\-entry accuracy.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet research.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time\-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
- Experience working in automotive retail or supporting dealership sales teams.
- Familiarity with dealer management systems and marketing workflow processes.
- Experience preparing sales reports and dashboards for leadership review.
- Experience with data visualization tools or BI platforms.
- This is a fully remote role supporting Maserati of The Main Line, based at 215 W Lancaster Ave, Devon, Pennsylvania 19333\.
