PowerWashCompany.com is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with a diverse skill set. The ideal candidate is a self\-starter who is capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and accurately in a small office. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, as well as expertise in administrative tasks such as word processing and email management. This position will work in our Gaithersburg Maryland location to support our technicians and front office team. They must have a passion for customer service and a desire to providing the highest level of support to the clients we have worked with for 37 years.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone calls
- Accurately enter information into our online pricing/scheduling system.
- Create, manage, and confirm client information and appointments with clients.
- Plan daily and weekly schedules based on customers' needs by reviewing daily paperwork, route sheets, etc.
- Take and distribute accurate messages with job details and customer information.
- Social Media posting and monitoring
- Perform and coordinate office activities.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.
- Other duties as assigned
