    ##### Job Summary and Qualifications

    The AVP HR Process \& Digital Transformation defines the future of work for HR, embedding AI, automation, and data into how services are delivered and decisions are made. This leader transforms operating models and drives adoption at scale to create frictionless, personalized workforce experiences. The role unites HR, ITG, and analytics to convert strategy into digital capability and enterprise impact.

    Job Duties Include:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives, aligning HR operating models, processes, and technologies to enterprise priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead enterprise\-wide HR process re\-engineering to drive efficiency, scalability, compliance, and a differentiated employee experience.
  • Champion agile delivery, automation, and a culture of continuous improvement across HR services.
  • Establish governance for HR platforms, data integrity, controls, and system interoperability.
  • Own and execute the multi\-year HR digital transformation strategy across the hire\-to\-retire lifecycle.
  • Scale AI and emerging technologies, including agentic and generative capabilities, to enable autonomous, outcome\-driven HR services.
  • Implement responsible AI governance frameworks ensuring ethics, privacy, security, transparency, and human oversight.
  • Architect connected ecosystems across HR platforms, automation, and AI to reduce manual effort, risk, and cycle time.
  • Enable straight\-through processing supported by exception\-based management.
  • Drive sustained optimization through automation, rules engines, and AI\-powered decision intelligence.
  • Lead strategy, deployment, and scale of conversational AI and virtual assistants delivering always\-on, personalized support.
  • Integrate AI capabilities across transactional and advisory HR services.
  • Utilize interaction analytics and feedback loops to continuously improve effectiveness and experience.
  • Build enterprise digital fluency so leaders and employees confidently use intelligent tools in daily work.
  • Deliver personalized adoption through embedded guidance, workflow prompts, and behavioral nudges.
  • Define and track value realization through gains in speed, quality, productivity, and workforce satisfaction.
  • Lead the evolution of HR into an intelligence\-led, digitally enabled function.
  • Orchestrate strong partnerships with Digital Transformation \& Innovation, ITG, analytics, and field HR leaders to scale capability, agility, and enterprise impact.
  • Build and develop high\-performing, multidisciplinary teams spanning process, product, technology, and change.
  • Qualifications:

  • 7\+ years of progressive transformation experience, with strong exposure to business partnering and large\-scale digital transformation.
  • 5\+ years of experience partnering with executive and senior leadership to drive enterprise strategy and outcomes
  • Proven experience leading technology, automation, and AI\-driven initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
  • Hands\-on experience with HR platforms preferred (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
  • MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, or a related field Preferred.
