The Purchasing Department Assistant provides administrative support to the Purchasing team by electronically filing documents, organizing records within internal software systems, and assisting with Amazon returns and replacements processing.

Responsibilities
- Upload and organize documents within internal software systems
- Maintain accurate electronic filing of purchase records
- Process return and replacement requests
- Track return shipments and confirm completion
- Ensure required documentation is properly saved and labeled
- Assist team members with administrative support tasks
- Follow established procedures and department guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills, including the ability to verify totals and identify discrepancies
- Ability to apply sound judgment and common sense when reviewing documentation
