Job Summary:
The administrative assistant will support LINX Project Managers and Operations with all administrative pieces of commercial network cabling projects and job completions. Your focus in this role will be primarily on coordinating travel for employees working on out of state projects or traveling for company events. About LINX:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up of jobs including entry into Great Plains as well as initiation of job folder documentation
- Entry of approved change orders into Great Plains
- Working with Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate billing to minimize under\-billings
- Creating invoices in Great Plains and pay applications as well as sending the billings to the customer and uploading intoappropriate portals
- Coordinate Travel for employees working on out of state projects
- Per diem/check requests
- Expense Reports
- Label creation
- Supply ordering
- Prequals/Credit Applications
- Apply for city/state licenses when necessary
- Preparing submittal and closeout packages for Project Managers
- Minimum 2\-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make sound recommendations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional working proficiency in English

$20\.00 \- $26\.00/hr
