Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and proactive Financial Operations Lead to oversee and coordinate daily office operations. This role supports a diverse team, including a Data Entry Clerk, Accountant, Farm Secretary, Farm Manager, and a bilingual HR Manager and others. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail\-oriented, and capable of managing multiple administrative functions in a fast\-paced agricultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing labor logistics and workforce compensation.
  • Tracking operational burn rates and input costs.
  • Manage and streamline office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Coordinate communication between office staff and farm operations.
  • Support HR functions in collaboration with the Hispanic HR Manager, including onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Assist the Accountant with invoice tracking, expense reporting, and financial recordkeeping.
  • Supervise and support data entry processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for contracts, livestock records, and regulatory documents.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and support internal communications.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed for management.
  • Assist with compliance in agricultural and business regulations.
  • Qualifications:

  • Previous financial lead or administration in an agricultural or livestock\-related business.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
