At Heal Better, sales is not about pressure or scripts — it’s about helping people take the first real step toward solving the root cause of their health challenges.
This role is not a finish line. It is the entry point into our leadership and sales pipeline. We intentionally grow from within, and every senior sales and expansion role starts here.
Schedule: Monday–Friday \+ Sunday confirmation calls (15–30 minutes)
Career Path (Internal Promotion Only)
All roles at Heal Better require the ability to commute to the clinic.
- The Appointment Setter (Dialer) role includes in\-person training at the clinic 2–3 times per week, with most dialing performed from home.
- Advancement into higher roles requires a willingness to relocate, as responsibilities move into full\-time, in\-clinic care.
- Is ambitious, disciplined, and growth\-oriented

- Make 200\+ outbound dials per day
- Set 5 quality consultations per day
- Maintain \~ 50% show rate
- Follow our proven sales process
- Train daily with your coach (role\-play \+ feedback)
- Manage pipeline and follow\-ups accurately
- Track KPIs and assist with data collection
- Be a dependable, team\-oriented contributor

If you prove yourself, this role can lead to:
In\-Person Consultant: Intake\-focused consultations with prospects at the clinic $60k–$80k annually
Treatment Coordinator: Review and present doctor\-recommended treatment plans with patients $120k–$220k annually
Senior Sales / Market Expansion: Lead sales efforts as we test and launch a new physical location (within \~2 hours of Charlottesville; location TBD) Increased compensation \+ leadership responsibility
We do not hire external candidates for expansion roles. Expansion only happens when internal top performers are ready.

* $18/hour base
* $25 per completed consult
