Position Overview
The Receptionist / HR Assistant is the first point of contact for our organization and plays a vital role in supporting Human Resources, leadership, and daily operations. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls using a multi\-line phone system
- Greet and assist visitors, applicants, clients, and staff
- Maintain a professional front office environment
- Order and track office supplies
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail
- Prepare hiring and onboarding materials
- Support HR documentation and employee records
- Assist leadership with administrative projects
- Partner with the HR Manager on recruiting and special initiatives
- Help improve office and workflow processes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and data entry proficiency
- Willingness to learn HR and administrative processes
- Reliable, organized, and detail\-oriented
- 3\+ years of administrative, reception, or HR support experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience handling confidential records
- Healthcare or medical office experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
