Job Summary
The Account Executive will execute sales opportunities and contribute directly to revenue growth. This role involves lead conversion, new business development, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
General Sales Activities
- Effectively communicate Equipo Health’s value proposition via email, phone, and virtual meetings• Support sales pipeline progression• Assist in CRM management and data accuracy
- Respond promptly to inbound leads• Conduct product demonstrations• Address client inquiries and objections• Perform structured follow\-ups to secure partnerships
- Identify new sales opportunities• Research prospective healthcare organizations and partners• Utilize online resources, digital tools, and AI\-based prospecting techniques• Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Support onboarding, training, and implementation activities• Maintain strong client relationships post\-sale• Capture client feedback and collaborate with internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–3 years experience in sales, business development, or client\-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self\-motivated with ability to work independently
- Process\-driven mindset
- Ability to quickly learn healthcare workflows and technology solutions
- Comfort working in a startup environment
- Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with healthcare/provider workflows
- Experience using AI tools for research, prospecting, or productivity
- PCM degree or healthcare exposure
- Experience with email marketing or digital outreach
