Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably with a consultancy background, to join our vibrant HR team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives, enhance talent management processes, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about human capital management, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast\-paced environment. You will play a vital role in implementing HR strategies that foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with employment laws, and drive employee engagement.

Duties

  • Support talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS or Taleo
  • Assist in employee orientation programs, performance management cycles, and training \& development initiatives to promote continuous growth
  • Administer benefits programs and manage benefits administration tasks utilizing HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM
  • Ensure compliance with employment \& labor law regulations including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA standards, and workers' compensation procedures
  • Participate in change management projects by supporting organizational design efforts, succession planning, and affirmative action planning
  • Maintain accurate data collection and entry related to employee records, payroll processing (using systems like ADP or Paychex), and workforce management tools such as Kronos or UltiPro
  • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to foster a positive work environment
  • Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources or related consultancy roles with exposure to human capital management practices
  • Strong knowledge of employment \& labor law, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation policies
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro; experience with ATS systems like iCIMS or Taleo is preferred
  • Familiarity with benefits administration tools including Paychex or ADP; experience with payroll systems is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and collaborate across teams
  • Demonstrated ability in project management, organization design, and strategic planning within HR functions
  • Knowledge of performance management processes, employee evaluation techniques, and training \& development strategies
