Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably with a consultancy background, to join our vibrant HR team. Duties
- Support talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS or Taleo
- Assist in employee orientation programs, performance management cycles, and training \& development initiatives to promote continuous growth
- Administer benefits programs and manage benefits administration tasks utilizing HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM
- Ensure compliance with employment \& labor law regulations including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA standards, and workers' compensation procedures
- Participate in change management projects by supporting organizational design efforts, succession planning, and affirmative action planning
- Maintain accurate data collection and entry related to employee records, payroll processing (using systems like ADP or Paychex), and workforce management tools such as Kronos or UltiPro
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to foster a positive work environment
- 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources or related consultancy roles with exposure to human capital management practices
- Strong knowledge of employment \& labor law, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation policies
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro; experience with ATS systems like iCIMS or Taleo is preferred
- Familiarity with benefits administration tools including Paychex or ADP; experience with payroll systems is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and collaborate across teams
- Demonstrated ability in project management, organization design, and strategic planning within HR functions
- Knowledge of performance management processes, employee evaluation techniques, and training \& development strategies
