Nonprofit Ops Pro supports non\-profits with back\-office operations consulting, administrative support, training, resources, and event management services and we’re looking for a rock\-star admin to support the founder/CEO and the business.

This is a hybrid work\-from\-home position for a candidate living in the south/east area of the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota metro area. You’ll need daytime (business hours) availability but have flexibility as to when you work as long as tasks are completed by the deadline. Some in person tasks will be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The tasks vary from week to week. The following is a sample of the work we do and not an exhaustive list:

· Run errands, make purchases

· Pickup client mail and deposit checks

· Pack and ship materials

· Manage social media, including Pinterest

· Create new products and manage Etsy store

· Update company website

· Assist with local events

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Self\-directed; able to work without supervision yet be a productive part of a team.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Wordpress

· Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new software

· Ability to commit to 5\- 10 hours per week, more hours could be available

· Basic home office setup including computer and high\-speed, reliable internet

· Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

· Enthusiasm and a sense of humor

Pay rate: $25 per hour. This position is a 1099 independent contractor. Offer is dependent on ability to pass a background check.
