This Executive Assistant will support two business executives within Enterprise Strategy and one within Finance. This is a highly visible position, with frequent exposure to internal Leadership and C\-level Executives (including the CFO, CEO and COO) and will need to possess a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion, along with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. The role requires the ability to proactively manage calendars, in a rapidly changing environment, and anticipate future activities and priorities to ensure both leaders are prepared for all meetings and events.
This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non\-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What you will do:
- Proactively manage calendars, email, calls and other correspondence, while anticipating challenges and conflicting priorities and helping to navigate the requests with a calm sense of responsibility
- Coordinate domestic and international travel (when necessary); prepare expense reports and ensure timely submission and accurate completion
- Exhibit strong problem\-solving and project management skills to assist executives in organizing and planning day\-to\-day, weekly, and monthly cadence
- Maintain confidential records, files, and reports
- Proactively assist the coordination, planning and administration of department meetings and/or events, including the agenda and meeting minutes, some of which will include external audiences
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and documents, as needed for onsite and offsite partnership/team meetings
- Collaborate, share and model best practices and efficiencies with the Executive Assistant teams to foster and build relationships
- Be a voice for the team in building the culture and the collaboration among the different cross\-functional departments and teams
- Be a learner, open, honest, and collaborative with all levels of the organization
- 5\+ years of administrative experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities with 3 or more years directly supporting a senior leader/executive
- Advanced MS Office and business software skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills
- Experience using expense reporting software, Oracle preferred
- Experience working in a Finance, Tax and or Legal environment
