Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various channels. Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist clients with account information, product details, and issue resolution
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or surveys
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry and CRM systems
  • Process transactions such as cash handling and order processing when necessary
  • Provide support for client services by addressing concerns and providing solutions
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer applications to document and report customer interactions
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex issues
  • Skills

  • Multilingual abilities; Bilingual in English and another language is preferred
  • Strong sales aptitude with experience in upselling or cross\-selling products/services
  • Proven customer support or client services experience, especially in call center settings
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to clarity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
  • Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and typing accuracy for efficient record keeping
  • Outbound calling experience and familiarity with call center operations are advantageous
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers

    Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time

    Pay: $43,664\.39 \- $52,585\.07 per year
