We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will be an essential part of our administrative team, providing critical support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks designed to help keep our office running smoothly and professionally.
Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors at the front desk.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and computerized.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Assist with office management tasks, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
- Support personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Proven experience in an office environment or similar administrative role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Excellent calendar management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate filing and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in office management or as a personal assistant is advantageous.
