Job Description: Inside Sales Representative / Administrative

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill a dual role as an Administrative Assistant and Inside Sales Representative. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will support daily office operations while also playing a key role in managing sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Inside Sales Duties (75%):

· Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads via phone, email, or CRM.

· Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM software.

· Generate quotes, process sales orders, and assist with pricing inquiries.

· Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and reach sales targets.

· Provide product information and resolve customer concerns promptly.

· Administrative Duties (25%):

· Answer and route incoming calls and emails professionally.

· Schedule client meetings, surveys and maintain calendars

· Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

· Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems.

· Order office supplies and manage inventory.

· Assist in data entry, document formatting, and internal communications.

· Support the team with various administrative tasks.

· Communicate with clients, 5-star google requests, thank you cards

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

· 2+ years of experience in administrative support, sales, or customer service.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

· Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday) is a plus.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Positive attitude, professionalism, and customer-first mindset.
