Title Authority LLC, a fast\-growing title insurance company in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a sharp, energetic candidate with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Title Processor. We manage all real estate purchases and mortgage refinances, working closely with attorneys, loan officers, real estate agents, tax offices, homeowner associations, investors, buyers, and borrowers.

Your Path to Growth

Entry\-Level Title Processor Scope:

* Order Entry: Accepting and entering real estate purchase contracts and refinance orders;

* Order Title Search with Supporting Documents

* Compiling Information/Data

* Preparing/Processing closing packages

* Office Support: Organize the office, managing mail (including FedEx/UPS) and handling phone calls.

Path to Senior Title Officer:

* Managing a high\-volume transaction pipeline

* Title: Tracking and Clearing title issues

* Financials: Preparing CD and HUD with all fees

* Accounting: fund disbursement and account reconciliation

* Handle recording, run title search, and conduct quality control

Exciting Opportunities for Programmers:

* Automation: Developing automation in Outlook, Excel and mail merge in Word

* AI Integration: Adopt AI into office automation and the title industry

The following qualifications are also required:

* Education: Bachelor's Degree

* Computer Savvy: extensive experience in computer with Microsoft Windows and Office (outlook, word and excel);

* Communication \& Teamwork: strong communication skills, a team player with great work ethic;

* Highly Organized: Multitasking, extremely detail oriented and dependable;

* Analytical Mind: analytical and detective mind; and faster learner;

* Financial: accounting skills and good at numbers, a big plus

* Tech\-Forward: Programming and AI skills are a big plus.

* Real Estate Knowledge a big plus.
