  • Experience

  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably in a front desk capacity.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and general computer literacy is essential for this position.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems is preferred.
