Value Net Lease Partners is a full\-service commerical real estate investment bank \& brokerage specializing in multi\-unit properties throughout the country that are in need of services from: buyer representation, disposition, leasing of net lease properties nationwide. Headquartered in Orange County, we pride ourselves on our market expertise, strategic execution, and client\-focused approach. We are growing and looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to support our team and ensure operational excellence for our Orange County office located in Irvine, CA.
Job Duties
1\. Talent Acquisition – Junior Agents (Entry\-Level):
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to identify individuals interested in starting a career in commercial real estate.
- Identify high\-performing senior agents at competitor firms using platforms like LinkedIn, CoStar, and industry publications.
- Research performance data (e.g., deal volume, property type expertise) to target high\-value candidates.
- Cold call, email, and privately message senior agents to pitch the firm’s value proposition.
- Develop customized recruiting decks and financial modeling tools to demonstrate potential upside in joining the firm (e.g., better splits, support structure, lead generation).
- Conduct discreet, persuasive outreach campaigns that highlight team culture, marketing advantages, and career freedom.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches both in\-person and virtually to close top recruits.
- Overcome objections related to compensation, competition clauses, and transition fears.
- Collaborate with leadership to structure competitive offers for senior\-level hires.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate pipelines, touchpoints, and recruiting progress using the company’s CRM or ATS platform.
- Track key recruitment KPIs including outreach volume, meeting set rates, conversion rates, and time\-to\-hire.
- Work closely with leadership, marketing, and training departments to align recruitment messaging and support systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment progress, top pipeline candidates, and competitive intelligence.
- Provide feedback to improve agent onboarding experience and retention programs.
- Actively promote the firm’s brand via social media, networking events, and speaking engagements to attract talent.
- Represent the firm’s culture and core values in all recruiting conversations.
- Partner with universities, real estate licensing schools, and industry training programs to build a talent pipeline.
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and virtual meetups to promote the firm’s training and support programs.
- Educate prospective recruits on the firm’s training platform, mentorship opportunities, and growth potential.
- Guide candidates through the licensing process and onboarding steps.
