We are a factory approved BMW and certified Mercedes Benz collision repair facility utilizing factory certified equipment and repair procedures. After an accident, every vehicle is rebuilt to factory tolerance, we have a Celette fixture bench, as well as a Carbench Octopus. We are proud to be one of eight facilities in North America to own and operate this state\-of\-the\-art equipment which is certified for structural reconstruction by Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes Benz and Rolls Royce.

Overview

We are seeking a detail\-oriented Repair Records Processing Coordinator to support daily administrative and documentation operations within a fast\-paced automotive services environment. This role focuses on maintaining accurate repair records, updating service information, processing documentation, and supporting workflow coordination between departments. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling data entry, record management, and administrative tasks at Martino Auto Concepts.

  • Responsibilities

  • Enter and update repair information accurately within company systems.
  • Review repair documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain organized digital service records and documentation files.
  • Coordinate with service advisors, estimators, and administrative staff regarding repair order updates.
  • Assist with tracking workflow activity and maintaining organized documentation processes.
  • Organize invoices, repair documentation, estimates, and related service records.
  • Verify data accuracy before entering information into internal systems.
  • Respond to internal administrative requests through email, messaging systems, and virtual communication tools.
  • Maintain productivity and accuracy while working independently in a remote environment.
  • Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1\+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, office coordination, or related work.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and cloud\-based office systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote work environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with automotive repair documentation is advantageous but not mandatory.
