Part\-Time Administrative Assistant (Remote/Flexible)

30A Pet Care is looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented administrative assistant to help support our growing mobile grooming business. This is a flexible, very part\-time 1099 position with the potential for additional hours as the business continues to grow.
Approximately 8–10 hours weekly to start.
Responsibilities:
- Checking for new appointment requests
- Responding to client inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Verifying daily appointments from the previous day have been properly closed out and paid
- Sending friendly payment reminders when needed
- Assisting clients with schedule changes and rescheduling
- Ensuring next\-day appointments are confirmed
- Additional administrative tasks related to daily operations as needed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, responsive, and detail\-oriented
- Comfortable using scheduling/payment software and messaging systems
- Ability to work independently and stay on top of tasks
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Remote/Flexible
- Approximately 10–14 hours weekly to start
- Starting at $18–22/hour depending on experience and responsiveness
- 1099 independent contractor position
- 2–4 paid training hours provided on company systems and processes
