Après Club is a boutique Lagree fitness and wellness brand with studios in Incline Village and Truckee. We are building a polished, community\-driven studio experience rooted in exceptional classes, thoughtful member care, strong operational systems, and a high\-touch culture for both clients and our team.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations \& Client Experience Coordinator to support the day\-to\-day systems that keep our studios running smoothly and our community feeling genuinely cared for.
Role Overview
This is a part\-time hybrid role, approximately 10 to 15 hours per week, working closely with the ownership team to support client communication, membership administration, scheduling logistics, team coordination, event support, and executive\-level administrative projects across both studio locations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly competent, polished, detail\-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of moving parts. The right person enjoys systems, communication, hospitality, problem\-solving, and making people feel taken care of without needing every step spelled out for them.
There is meaningful growth potential in this role. We are looking for someone who can start part\-time and grow with the company as our operations, wellness offerings, team, and locations continue to expand.
Compensation \& Schedule
- $22 to $38 per hour, depending on experience and level of responsibility• Approximately 10 to 15 hours per week to start• Hybrid role with a mix of remote administrative work and in\-studio support in Incline Village and Truckee• 3\-month introductory period, with an opportunity to re\-evaluate compensation, hours, and responsibilities• Unlimited monthly Après Club membership and merchandise discount• Potential bonus opportunities tied to performance, reliability, and expanded responsibility
- Manage and respond to client emails in a timely, warm, and professional manner• Support membership administration, including updates, freezes, cancellations, account questions, and general client support• Monitor expiring class packs, memberships, and client activity to identify renewal, retention, and follow\-up opportunities• Help maintain a consistent, polished client experience across email, app, website, studio communication, and member touchpoints• Escalate sensitive, complex, or high\-priority client issues to ownership with clear context and recommended next steps
- Track client and instructor milestones, including birthdays, class\-count achievements, anniversaries, celebrations, preferences, and important recognition moments• Help create and maintain systems that make milestone recognition feel thoughtful, consistent, and high\-touch across both locations• Coordinate cards, gifts, merchandise, flowers, or other recognition items ahead of key dates• Prepare weekly updates for ownership on upcoming birthdays, milestones, team celebrations, and client recognition opportunities• Maintain organized records of team preferences, studio favorites, and gifting notes so care feels personal, not generic
- Support instructor substitution scheduling and help keep class coverage organized across both studios• Update classes, events, instructor assignments, and schedule changes in our booking platform• Assist with app and website updates, including event listings, schedule details, announcements, and operational edits• Coordinate with software support teams to troubleshoot platform issues and follow through until resolved• Help improve booking, scheduling, communication, and administrative workflows so the business runs more efficiently
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, supplies, and vendor communication for both studio locations• Help ensure each studio is consistently clean, stocked, organized, and aligned with brand standards• Track operational needs, recurring tasks, supplies, repairs, and follow\-ups so nothing falls through the cracks• Assist with coordination between ownership, instructors, cleaners, vendors, landlords, and service providers as needed
- Assist with planning and logistics for member events, community activations, wellness events, private bookings, and partnership opportunities• Research vendors, supplies, gift ideas, event partners, and operational resources• Help coordinate guest lists, RSVPs, event communication, check\-in details, supplies, and post\-event follow\-up• Support special projects tied to studio growth, client retention, wellness offerings, team culture, and brand development
- Provide organized administrative support to ownership on recurring business priorities and special projects• Create, maintain, and improve checklists, trackers, SOPs, templates, and internal systems• Conduct research and summarize findings clearly so leadership can make decisions quickly• Help turn loose ideas, operational needs, and recurring tasks into clear systems and follow\-through
- Is highly organized, detail\-oriented, and reliable• Communicates clearly, warmly, and professionally• Has strong follow\-through and does not need constant reminders• Enjoys systems, checklists, calendars, communication, and keeping details organized• Can manage multiple moving pieces without getting flustered• Is comfortable learning and troubleshooting software platforms• Has a strong service mindset and understands the importance of client experience• Can write polished emails and represent the brand well in client\-facing communication• Is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out independently• Is excited by health, wellness, boutique fitness, hospitality, and community\-building• Wants to grow with a fast\-moving local brand and take on more responsibility over time
- Administrative support, executive assistant, operations coordinator, studio management, retail management, hospitality, client service, or wellness/fitness experience• Experience with booking platforms, scheduling systems, CRM tools, customer service platforms, email marketing tools, or website/app updates• Strong written communication skills and comfort managing client\-facing inboxes• Local knowledge of Incline Village, Truckee, North Lake Tahoe, or the surrounding community
- Need a fully remote role• Prefer highly repetitive work with no ambiguity• Struggle with follow\-through, details, or managing multiple priorities• Do not enjoy client service, hospitality, or team communication• Need a full\-time role immediately
