- Monitors State\-based Civicore and program databases for accuracy.
- Enters client demographic and screening results in program databases to create initial client profile.
- Completes intake\-related non\-clinical paperwork with incarcerated citizens, ensuring all required documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Completes tracking for post\-release client follow\-up to identify needs for additional aftercare assistance from a program counselor.
- Assists in the coordination of services and resource navigation under the direction of clinical or program staff.
- Communicates with incarcerated citizens for documentation to obtain signature or updated screening results.
- Provides non\-clinical program information to incarcerated citizens regarding MAT and SUD services
- Develops reports outlining program statistical data such as program recidivism, demographic reports, and services provided.
- Performs general administrative tasks, including scanning client files, filing, making copies, and call routing.

- Must possess strong data entry skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to operate a variety of standard office equipment.
- Must be detail oriented and be able to accurately and efficiently complete paperwork, reports, and documentation. in applicable databases.

- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- One year of related administrative and data entry experience.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, including reading, writing, speaking, and translation.
- Experience working with justice\-involved populations, human services, behavioral health, or case management support is preferred.
- Coursework or experience in behavioral health, substance use disorders, criminal justice, or a related field.
- Must obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) Compliance within six months of employment.
- Must pass conditional post offer background investigation, truth verification examination, Tuberculosis testing, and drug screen.

Base pay for this position will be $55,913\.20 annually. The Sheriff’s Office provides public safety at all times and therefore every position is deemed essential. All positions are in\-person and not eligible for remote work. Every position is also subject to recall based on the needs of the Office to keep the community safe. This position has an anticipated work schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, subject to change. *Please be advised this position may close without advance notice, should we receive a sufficient number of applicants.*
Provides data entry and administrative office assistance for the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Medication Assisted Treatment and Substance Use Disorder treatment programs at the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center (CJC). Monitors multiple state and county databases to ensure statistical program data accuracy. This position assists in supporting intake processes and non\-clinical case support to incarcerated citizens with identified substance use disorder (SUD) diagnoses, under the direction of clinical staff. This position is subject to grant funding.

Work Conditions
Duties are primarily performed in an office environment in a correctional/detention facility. May encounter some hazards to personal safety through contact with potentially violent incarcerated citizens. Must be available to work variable hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Sheriff’s Office employees must complete tuberculosis testing as applicable to the specific position prior to job assignment and periodic testing thereafter.
