We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. This role involves administrative support, data entry, accounts payable/receivable assistance, inventory management, and execution of operational tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

  • Administrative Support

  • Perform daily administrative and office support tasks
  • Manage documents, filing, and data organization
  • Assist with scheduling, email communication, and office coordination
  • Support management with operational and administrative projects

  • 准确录入并维护客户、销售及运营数据
  • 更新表格、报告及内部系统信息
  • 确保数据准确性及保密性
  • Data Entry

  • Accurately enter and maintain client, sales, and operational data
  • Update spreadsheets, reports, and internal systems
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

  • 协助处理发票及付款

  • 核对账务并协助基础财务工作

  • Accounts Payable \& Receivable

  • Assist with processing invoices and payments
  • Track accounts payable and receivable records
  • Reconcile transactions and support bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments

  • Inventory Control

  • Monitor inventory levels and clinic supplies
  • Assist with ordering and restocking products

  • 任职要求

  • 有行政或办公室工作经验者优先
  • 具备基础应付应收账款知识
  • 具备良好的组织及多任务处理能力
  • 细心负责
  • 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 或 Google Workspace
  • 能独立工作并具备团队合作精神
  • 中英文双语优先
  • Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounts payable/receivable
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail\-oriented and responsible
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
