We are seeking a dynamic, detail\-oriented AP/AR / Office Assistant to join our team and manage full\-cycle financial operations alongside vital administrative support.
Financial \& Bookkeeping Management:
- Manage full\-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks, ensuring precise data entry, journal entries, and account reconciliation.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure flawless financial data.
- Maintain the general ledger by accurately recording all debits and credits.
- Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, driving timely vendor payments and proactive collections.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and summaries to support executive decision\-making and compliance.
- Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and other governmental reporting obligations.
- Support corporate budgeting activities by tracking expenses and assisting in long\-term financial planning.
- Provide high\-level administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management and scheduling.
- Manage corporate correspondence, email triage, and incoming communications.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, corporate, and personnel information with absolute discretion.

Administrative Support:
Qualifications \& Skills
* Experience: 3\+ years of proven experience in a dedicated bookkeeping, and accounting.
* Software Proficiency: Deep proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
* Core Competencies: Strong background in bank reconciliation, general ledger accounting, AP/AR, and payroll processing.
* Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of managing competing priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
* Attention to Detail: Elite accuracy in data entry, number tracking, and report writing.
* Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Pay: From $55,000\.00 per year
