In this role, you will provide essential support in the areas of contract management, operational administration, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong multitasking and problem\-solving abilities.Job duties will include, but are not limited to: Operational and Administrative Support: Assist with training staff involved in the contract initiation process. Coordinate the procurement of supplies and travel arrangements as needed. Organize team meetings, conference calls, and video conferences, including preparation and distribution of documents. Update and maintain team SharePoint pages, lists, and Automates. Perform accurate and timely data entry.Collaboration and Reporting: Create shopping carts and troubleshoot budget errors in the South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS). Assist in preparing contract\-related reports and maintaining electronic records and files. Provide ongoing support to staff regarding contract\-related inquiries. Work closely with the Section Director and Section Leads to ensure operational efficiency.Backup and Other Duties: Serve as the main point of contact during the absence of the Section Director and Section Leads. Perform other duties as assigned to support Contract Management and Development.Why Join Us?
