Duties
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings with precision
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking
- Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and general administrative support
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously in person or via phone or email
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Handle confidential information with discretion while maintaining high levels of organization and efficiency
- Previous office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Clerical experience involving data entry, filing, and document proofreading
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping or financial recordkeeping preferred
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Kurdish or other languages) highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience in customer service roles that emphasize professionalism and support skills
- Personal assistant experience is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to manage calendars efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management best practices to streamline daily operations
