We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our hotel environment. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, handling inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, phone, and mail with excellent phone etiquette
  • Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and updating records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining organizational flow
  • Experience

  • Prior office experience or administrative support background preferred (but not required)
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties or personal assistant experience is advantageous, but not mandatory
