Duties

  • Greet clients warmly as they arrive, creating a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls efficiently
  • Handle appointment bookings, cancellations, and confirmations using scheduling software or calendar management tools
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area and manage filing systems for client records and salon documents
  • Assist with office management tasks such as data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
  • Support administrative tasks including proofreading appointment details, managing Google Workspace documents, and supporting daily office operations
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in front desk or office management roles within a salon, spa, or similar environment
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi\-line phone systems in a fast\-paced setting
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records
  • Customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus; familiarity with calendar management tools is essential
  • Ability to handle administrative responsibilities such as personal assistant tasks, time management, and office support confidently
