- Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining client records, processing applications, and following up on policy inquiries.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that attract new customers and promote insurance products effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive information, to ensure ethical practices.
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on customer engagement.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for reaching diverse communities.
- Knowledge of insurance sales processes combined with analysis skills to evaluate client needs accurately.
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and marketing strategies to enhance outreach efforts.
