Assisted Living Home Operator / Business Partner Opportunity – Laveen, Arizona
Laveen Harmony Living is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assisted Living professional to independently operate and grow a newly licensed Assisted Living Home in Laveen, Arizona.
This opportunity is intended for someone who already understands the Arizona Assisted Living industry and is capable of running the operation independently with minimal oversight. We are looking for a true operator — someone who can manage the home, build occupancy, coordinate admissions, maintain compliance, and develop referral relationships to grow the business successfully.
About the Facility:
- Licensed 10\-bed Assisted Living Home
- Active AHCCCS number
- Newly established facility with no current residents
- Located in Laveen, Arizona
- Operate and manage the Assisted Living Home on a daily basis
- Build and maintain census through referrals and placement relationships
- Coordinate admissions and resident assessments
- Work with AHCCCS, ALTCS, Mercy Care, Banner, and other Arizona health plans
- Maintain licensing and regulatory compliance
- Hire, supervise, and coordinate caregivers and staff
- Develop operational systems and procedures
- Manage communication with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and placement agencies
- Handle administrative, operational, and occupancy\-related responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for business growth and long\-term sustainability
This is not a standard employee position. We are looking for an individual who wants to take ownership of daily operations and potentially enter into a long\-term operational partnership with the current owner.
