Cherry Hill Outdoor Landscape \& Design is a growing, high\-end landscape company looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations \& Customer Coordinator to help keep our customers, communication, invoicing, and CRM systems running smoothly.

This is not a passive admin role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, stays organized under pressure, and helps improve operational consistency across the business.

Landscape industry experience is a huge plus. Experience in service\-based industries such as HVAC, roofing, plumbing, restoration, logistics, or construction is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer communication and follow\-up
  • Scheduling and coordination support
  • CRM management and organization
  • Invoicing and Accounts Receivable follow\-up
  • Maintenance contract coordination and support
  • Assisting with consultation scheduling and customer updates
  • Helping improve office workflows and operational organization
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Extremely organized and detail\-oriented
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • High urgency and strong follow\-through
  • Self\-starter who works well independently
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast\-paced environment
  • CRM/software experience required
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • LMN or landscape software experience is a major plus
  • Additional Information

  • Remote flexibility may be available for the right candidate
  • Spring and summer can be fast\-paced and demanding
  • Occasional after\-hours customer communication may be needed
