Getaways by PCB Retreats is a growing, family\-owned vacation rental management company looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Office \& Operations Assistant to join our team!

This is a fast\-paced, hands\-on role that supports guest experience, daily operations, and property management functions. We are looking for someone who is detail\-oriented, dependable, and able to wear multiple hats while helping us continue to grow.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with guest communication and timely responses
  • Supporting the Operations Manager with daily priorities
  • Reviewing upcoming arrivals to ensure homes are guest\-ready
  • Conducting post\-clean inspections of vacation homes
  • Coordinating with cleaners and scheduling needs
  • Assisting with onboarding homes to booking platforms
  • Reviewing rates and comparable properties for pricing strategy
  • Researching local events and activities that may impact bookings
  • Tracking projections and performance reports
  • Assisting with operational tasks such as supplies, returns, and updates
  • Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation required
  • Weekend availability required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail\-oriented with strong follow\-through
  • Ability to stay calm and solution\-focused in high\-pressure situations
  • Comfortable working in a small business environment where priorities may shift
