We are looking for a full\-time Agent Assistant and Hybrid Showing Agent to be the on\-the\-ground presence for The Collective. Field work is the primary function of this role — showings, listing walkthroughs, and representing clients in person. Office and administrative support fills the time between, keeping transactions moving and the team running smoothly.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in being the person other people count on. You’ll work directly with Matt, execute from strong existing systems, and have real impact on the client experience every single day.
Employment Type: Full\-time, W\-2
Location: Boca Raton, FL (field\-based \+ in\-office)
Schedule: Primary field availability; office coverage M–F 9am–5pm when not in the field
License: Not required — licensing support available for the right candidate
Base Salary: $48,000–$52,000, depending on experience
Total Compensation: $55,000–$65,000\+ with performance bonuses tied to team production
Mileage Reimbursement: Provided for all field work

- Conduct buyer showings and listing walkthroughs as the primary on\-site representative
- Input transaction information into Dotloop and keep the CRM current and accurate
- Own the office phone line M–F when not in the field — answer, route, and follow up
- Send handwritten notes, golden letters, and execute outgoing mailers
- Post to The Collective’s Instagram using existing graphics and templates; assist with copy using AI tools
- Send newsletters and “just listed” emails from existing templates
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and vendors to keep deals on track
- Manage office supply inventory and keep the workspace operational
- Reliable, organized, and detail\-oriented — you finish what you start
- Strong communicator across every channel: phone, text, and email
- Comfortable working independently — Matt is remote; you are the on\-site presence
- Professional and confident in client\-facing situations
- Tech\-comfortable — Dotloop, CRM systems, and AI tools should feel familiar or learnable
- Active FL real estate license preferred; licensing support available if not yet licensed
- Reliable personal vehicle required
