- Welcome and onboard new clients into our tax planning program
- Guide clients through our structured onboarding process
- Build strong client relationships and provide a white\-glove experience
- Coordinate client documents, timelines, and next steps
- Assist with creating and organizing tax planning deliverables
- Conduct client follow\-ups and check\-ins
- Manage CRM updates and workflow tracking
- Help ensure clients stay engaged and supported throughout the year
- Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and fulfillment teams
- Assist with scheduling, billing follow\-up, and client communication
- Help improve client retention and overall client satisfaction
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills
- Someone who enjoys talking with clients and helping people
- Organized and detail\-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
- Positive, proactive, and solution\-oriented attitude
- Professional and polished communication
- Experience in office administration, customer service, client success, or coordination roles
- CRM experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus
