Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented individual to join our team as a right hand Administrative Assistant and Office coordinator familiar with commercial operations and Real Estate transactions. In this role the candidate will support efficient office operation including scheduling, tenant relations, and creating promotional material for the company's listings. An ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Candidate must be willing to help coordinate with Property Management and the Leasing Team on day to day tasks and be well organized. Microsoft Office, including Excel, experience is required while Adobe Photoshop and InDesign experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails
  • Manage schedules including appointments, itineraries, and meeting requests
  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures and advertisements
  • Assist Property Management \& Leasing Team in day to day operations
  • Preparation of Client Forms, Internal/External Memos, and Agendas for the company
  • Perform additional assigned duties such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc.
  • Skills

  • Experience in file management and maintaining organized records
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively
  • Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and scheduling
  • Front desk management experience preferred
  • Competency in Google, Microsoft Office and Adobe for administrative and marketing tasks
  • Proficiency in graphic design a plus

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: $17\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour
