Overview

I am looking for a Leasing Assistant to become a vital part of my team as we continue to grow.

In this energetic role, you will support the leasing process by following up with prospective tenants, targeting prospective tenants and drafting lease agreements. Listings, prospect follow up/ target list, taking inbound inquiries and guidance will be provided for you.

Paid increases will be offered in the future.

Leasing Agent will receive a base salary and commissions from completed leasing transactions in addition. I am willing to negotiate the base salary for the position.

REQUIRMENT : Texas Real Estate License

Responsibilities

  • Assist prospective tenants by providing detailed information about available properties and spaces.
  • Conduct property tours, highlighting features and answering questions confidently to upsell units and promote occupancy.
  • Prepare lease agreements and letters of intent
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately, including filing agreement records, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining organized files.
  • Support the leasing team with phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and follow\-up communications while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Handle conflict management professionally by addressing tenant concerns promptly and effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Skills

  • Experience with legal administrative processes related to leases, contracts, and landlord\-tenant law.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to negotiate lease terms confidently while upselling available units or additional services to prospective tenants.
  • Office experience including filing, data management, and administrative support functions within a real estate or property management setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling contracts, legal documentation, and tenant records.

Pay: $30,000\.00 \- $80,000\.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Houston, TX 77055
