We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties
- Manage daily bookkeeping responsibilities using QuickBooks, including data entry, invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
- Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
- Operate multi\-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while providing excellent customer service
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence, ensuring easy retrieval
- Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and meeting coordination
- Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, data entry, and preparing reports
- Provide customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management
- Strong office management skills with experience in clerical work and administrative support
- Excellent computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a must to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Effective phone etiquette with experience managing multi\-line phone systems and providing customer service
- Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast\-paced environment
- Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant in the produce distribution field is advantageous but not required
