Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive contractor to join our dynamic team. As the LCAE Assistant to the Director, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the director’s office and assist with a variety of academic project coordination and learning center management. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the daily operations of the fast\-paced environment learning center.
Duties
- Manage the learning center’s calendar using google workspace
- Coordinate logistics for tutoring sessions
- Prepare clients' academic plans, create client program update reports, provide academic content support to contractors, and correspondence with families
- Support office management functions such as filing, data entry, maintaining office supplies inventory, and overseeing daily tutoring operations
- Utilize Google Workspace tools for collaboration on projects, document sharing, and communication across teams
- Manage confidential information discreetly while providing executive administrative support to the director
- Perform clerical duties including typing reports, proofreading documents for accuracy, and creating academic materials
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role supporting senior leadership or directors
- Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace applications, Adobe, Canva, Canvas, Schoology, and other learning platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment that requires switching between tasks multiple times
- Excellent communication skills including phone and text etiquette, and customer service experience, and supporting children ages 4\-19

Pay: $20\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
