Receptionist – Real Estate Law Firm
We are seeking a professional, organized, and personable Receptionist to join our busy real estate law firm. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced office environment, enjoys client interaction, and can confidently manage a high\-volume, multi\-line phone system.
Responsibilities:
\- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi\-line phone system
\- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
\- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
\- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
\- Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed
\- Scan, upload, and organize documents electronically
\- Perform data entry and other clerical duties
Qualifications:
\- Previous receptionist, administrative, or law office experience preferred
\- Experience with Qualia is preferred, but not required
\- Strong ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
\- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
\- Professional appearance and positive attitude
\- Ability to work independently and efficientlyPosition Details:
