Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily property operations, maintenance coordination, and tenant communications
- Support lease administration processes, including drafting and reviewing contracts, renewals, and legal documentation
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi to update records, process data entry, and generate reports
- Manage conflict resolution between tenants or vendors with professionalism and effective negotiation skills
- Maintain organized filing systems for legal documents, contracts, and administrative records
- Support rent collection efforts, including data entry of payments and follow\-up on overdue accounts
- Assist in coordinating property inspections and ensuring adherence to safety standards
- Proven experience in real estate administrative roles or property management support functions
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally via phone or in person
- Office experience involving data entry, filing, contract management, and scheduling vendors
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast\-paced environment
