Position Summary
We are seeking a high\-level Clinical Operations Manager to serve as the operational right\-hand to the CEO.
This individual will:
- Oversee daily clinical operations
- Drive KPI accountability
- Improve workflow efficiency
- Support revenue forecasting
- Coordinate scheduling, supply chain, billing, and EMR optimization
- Oversee scheduling and logistics for mobile clinical staff across MD, DC, and VA
- Monitor KPIs (visits, revenue per patient, supply cost ratios, productivity)
- Produce weekly operational dashboards
- Support forecasting and growth modeling
- Coordinate across clinical, billing, DME, and admin teams
- Oversee onboarding, compliance, credentialing coordination
- Improve workflow efficiency and standardize processes
- Optimize CharmHealth EMR workflows
- Manage DME vendor coordination (Byram, Prism, etc.)
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
- 3\+ years in healthcare operations (home health, wound care, mobile care preferred)
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and workflows
- Experience tracking KPIs and forecasting revenue
- Comfortable working directly with a CEO
- Highly organized and self\-directed
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience managing remote teams
- RN, LPN, or clinical background strongly preferred
