Identity Outreach LLC is seeking a compassionate, detail\-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our youth and family services team.
This hybrid position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, who understands HIPAA compliance, and is passionate about working with youth and families.
Position Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage client referrals in internal systems
- Update and maintain client profiles
- Handle incoming and outbound calls
- Manage agency email communication
- Attend and represent the agency at vendor/community events (25%) The remainder time will be virtual (75%)
- Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
- High school diploma required
- Must pass background check
- Reliable high\-speed internet access required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Professional, compassionate demeanor
- Experience in social services or healthcare preferred
- Paid time off
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
